I am a highly driven and passionate Environment Concept Artist with extensive knowledge of art fundamentals, composition, storytelling, and cinematography. I acquired these skills through my previous work in the film industry and my qualifications in Architecture. I am proactive in my approach to problem-solving, ensuring that my concept pieces and designs align with the brief's constraints.

I am constantly challenging myself to improve and learn. One of my greatest personal achievements is teaching myself to create high-quality concept art, which culminated in me winning a place on a program run by Warner Bros. Discovery and Rocksteady Studios. I specialized in environment concept art and received industry mentorship to prepare me for studio work.

My passion for the gaming industry stems from my love of creating emotive and imaginative worlds that tell stories and have the potential to be realized.

  • Concept Art Specialism at Warner Bros. Discovery Access x Rocksteady Studios Games Academy

    October 2022 - March 2023

    I recently completed a rigorous 12-week skills development program with Rocksteady Studios and NextGen Skills Academy, specializing in the art department of the gaming industry. Working as part of a team of from diverse disciplines, we tackled a live brief and gained insight into the real-world game-making process. The program culminated in a presentation of our projects to the heads of Rocksteady Studios. Out of over 200 applicants, I was among the fortunate 20 selected for this program.

    My focus within the Art specialization was on Environment Concept Art, where I honed my skills in key art fundamentals such as color theory, composition, and staging. Additionally, I learned 3D workflows relevant to the industry and received valuable feedback from veterans like David Hego and Glen Saberton from the Rocksteady Studios team.
