Continuing to build out the world of A Concerned Citizen — a near-future dystopian London where a lone vigilante operates outside a justice system that's for sale to whoever pays most.

Curfew hours start now. The Knights of Albion corner a shopkeeper, waiting for him to step outside so they can enact their own twisted 'claim of justice.'

However… a shadow emerges, and suddenly the shopkeeper is no longer the prey.

Still refining the cinematic look for the series with this one — pushing the lighting and atmosphere to sell the tension before anything even happens.
